The expression on his/her fas looks like "what are you looking at". It certainly meets the criteria, but lacks excitement for me. Horses are difficult to photograph. It was a nice intention to have your main subject sharp with blurred alements at the foreground and background. This could've been a good shot but there are quite a few technical issues.

The light is too harsh; a warmer and lower angled light (from early or late on the day) would probably have given this picture the wow factor.

Be careful with tilted horizon. If you make it tilted, make it clear that it was intentional to give the shot a bit of an edge or drama.
