The colors in the face are a bit purple, and the photo is a bit to "grainy" for me. It is always hard to take photos like this, where there is lots of people around. What I mean is, that if it would have been possible, I would have tried to find an angle for example where the person behind the fence and the one on the right is not distracting the point of interest.

I like what you were after, but it needs to be much sharper. A faster shutter speed is necessary, I think. Even then, I'm not sure the photo would be primarily about architecture.

You might get lower scores due to people questioning whether this is architecture, but I'll go along with it. I like the ripple effect. The white line through the brown on top bothers me a bit and maybe should have been cloned out.
