Very powerful. It evokes death in all the blackness, and the blankness of the face, but seems to give the impression of life in the blood red mid-tones. It isn't about death, it's about the knowledge of death, according to the title. It seems like a moment when the inevitability of death has come upon you. Great work. 10 - lisae

I really like the way the high and low intensity exposure comes together in this photo to create the image... My impression of this photo is that I'm viewing a dead man from inside the coffin just as the lid is closed and sealed... Very nice work!
