I suggest cropping out the bottom right corner, so all you see is the lines of the palm, but this is a very nice shot otherwise!

I think I would've liked this more if the whole palm was in focus or had a different point of focus. Perhaps a cliche thought , it's either that are adding more contrast to deepen the blacks. An alternative to contrast/levels/curves. Select Color dialog, I use it a lot to deepen the blacks without touching the highlights to prevent blown highlights.
