Silverby kleskiComment by Yo_Spiff: I see an entry that was probably done much like my own. Came off better, though. |

The Best Side of Meby kleskiComment by Teafran: Similar in concept to other images in this challenge, this image is clearly different if only because of the use of colored lighting to create a completely different look. Not a normal portrait, the sharp division between light and shadow, the textured shades and barely visible background on the lighted side of the face is clearly well thought out and captured. The author clearly met the challenge square on and submitted an image that clearly met the challenge specs. Well done. |

The Best Side of Meby kleskiComment by Mark-A: These are quite hard shots to pull off, I think you have done pretty well although I would have liked to see it slightly less yellow / orange personally. |

Silverby kleskiComment by bcenu: Nice detail on the left side. Would have liked to see a greater DOF for more clarity but still a good shot all the same. |

Silverby kleskiComment by Teafran: A technical success, it's less than successful in an artistic sense. DOF control is on the edge of being good and the lighting isn't over done creating blooms. The subject is less than interesting. Perhaps a different background with a slightly different angle would have helped. A little more thought and better framing would have brought the rating higher. |

Silverby kleskiComment by tanguera: Great tacks. I like the tones but feel the shot is messy. Not a total pattern, but some arrangement may have improved the composition. |
