The pole is somewhat distracting, could have cropped some of it out. Both birds look somewhat out of focus. The white breast of the flying bird looks to be over exposed, you might have over corrected this if you post processed the picture.

I like the content of the picture. Moving closer might have helped but you probably were restricted as to how close you could get.

Definitely meets the challenge. The colors seem a bit faded out to me - I guess I would like to see a bluer sky.
