Fresh Fruit Cupby MarjoComment by Olyuzi: Whlie the colors are quite appertizing I find this capture to be too literal and too sharpened. Also, I don't think you had to lift up the tablecloth in the background. You've also got some blown out hightlights on top probably from lighting that is too harsh. |

Fresh Fruit Cupby MarjoComment by Mousie: This feels a bit oversharpened to me, and the table-cloth-like background, which would normally be flat if it were a tablelcoth, bends upwards... it's disconcerting!
Also, I would have eitehr cropped it tighter, or tried to capture a bit more in the frame, right now it's in an ambivalent middle ground. |

An Old Basketby MarjoComment by sfalice: that old basket has been nicely photographed and the catch adds the interest needed to keep a viewer interested. Wish it had been in better focus, but overall, it's an excellent photograph! Even the blurred background is interesting to look at. |
