You've got an almost LensBaby kind of effect here with a very small area in good focus. Is that from the camera itself? I don't remember seeing this effect in PS Express, but maybe I wasn't looking carefully enough. In any case, I think it works here. The tilt plus the curve of the road makes it feel like the road is banked and enhances the sense of motion.

I like this kind of photo. Camera phone photos seem so amenable to shots taken from the car. I've got plenty myself -- most taken while a passenger. ;-) The light standard makes a very nice counter-weight to the scene below, and frames it nicely. I also like the dreamy unfocused feeling, which is also so suitable to the sense of road trips, and far distances. Very nice.

At least we are on the other side of the ocean, mostly in Texas from the look of the thread. Well, maybe not all of us. I know of at least one in the UK who eats his fish & chips from the dashboard.
