I was about to laugh out loud until I read the title. There is a mischevious look on mom's face and the youngster looks like he just got a way with an evil deed and mom is shutting him up and savoring the moment. But then, yes, then I see blood on the finger and the title and I have lost the moment. But it is a memorable image, extremely well done overall. If you put the blood on the finger, we have wildly different impressions of the scene, which is OK too. But I would have preferred the blood to be someone elses!
