Weenie Roastby FromDaRockComment by giantmike: I was wondering if I would going to see a classic hot dog roast. I like the tight crop used. It's unfortunate that that focus point seems to have landed on the stick instead of a hot dog. |

Give me a break!by FromDaRockComment by FromDaRock: I don't get it, I got two comments about none of the balls being in focus and one that likes the clarity of the cueball. The cueball looks in focus to me on my laptop, which was the intention. |

Give me a break!by FromDaRockComment by FromDaRock: Originally posted by boone168: The cropping is too tight on those coloured balls. |
Yeah, I thought as much as well, but there was a silver can of diet coke on a table behind the balls that was a major distraction (and not removable with basic editing). I was then forced to do the tight crop on top and tried to even out the image with a tight crop on the bottom as well. Too bad I didn't notice it while I was shooting. |

Give me a break!by FromDaRockComment by theoutcrop: none of the balls are in focus. i think if the colored balls were pulled down some it would have been a little more centered. i LOVE The idea, though. it looks like a great shot for the next time i visit my in-laws house! i bet this was ridiculously hard to get since most pool tables are horribly lit and your lighting is actually pretty good! i like the way a little bit of the neon light is reflected on the balls... |

Give me a break!by FromDaRockComment by giantmike: Reminds me of the winner of the second ever DPC challenge.I like the clarity of the cueball, but this the painted look of the racked balls is a little distracting. I wish either a larger or small DOF was used to ether show the entire scene in focus or really make the cue ball the subject. |
