A lot of good detail, it reminds me of something out of a movie still. Also the light is used very well to bring attention to the upper portion.

I almost think it would work better without the snowflakes. They end up just looking like big white pixels. I could see this as a series of monstrous huge prints in an art gallery titled "study of wind and trees" or something like that. good luck.
