I think the foreground takes away from the majestic lighthouse. Leave the rough seas in the picture..just not the gnarly wood. the lighthouse and the sea go together..there's no room for that gnarly wood =)

The title is a tad odd for this image. The focal point (and the point of color) is the brakes. For this title, I would be expecting to look at a NOx tank (or something similar). But this is a photography contest, not a titling contest. So photo wise, the composition is good and the focus is spot on. I do feel that the lighting is off. I would have preferred to see the brake calipers brighter instead of hiding in the shadows.
