Location - studio - but does not fit the intent of title
Object- the scooter
Scenario - the broken arm
Action - on the scooter
Theme - ?

You have everything to tell a story but the Theme and Location to make it stronger. This is just me... However, you did a great job capturing her though. She feels very comfortable with the photographer.
