As far as the shot goes, it's a bit soft and the bokeh on the upper right is distracting. As far as the challenge goes, it isn't quite what I think of when I think Australia.

If this photo made it to another competition, something like slight movements or Slow shutter You would have been in the top 3 by far in my opinion. GREAT photo, not somthing you would usually see someone capture everyday. Wonderful job!!

Thank you for your vote of confidence. This is one of my favourite photos of the year (so far), and whilst I love DPC, I always follow my heart, on choices for challenges, and they are not always voter friendly. I like to see that barometer, but do not always want to live by it. Thanks again for your vote of confidence!
