Antennae Maintenanceby MacaholicComment by wingy: Awesome framing. I like the foreground focus and background blur, but it would have helped if the foreground would have been in better focus. Great shot anyway. 10 wingy |

Antennae Maintenanceby MacaholicComment by jmsetzler: This is an excellent macro... I believe that a little more edpth of field would be useful on this shot... everything doesn't need to be in focus, but I believe that the entire head probably should be... great shot :) - setzler |

Antennae Maintenanceby MacaholicComment by Jacko: Hello cutie! I know it'll have been said already, but it's a shame you couldn't get more depth of field. Would have been one of the best bug pics this week. Nice job. Jacko 7 |

Antennae Maintenanceby MacaholicComment by PTLParsons: You already know it's not all in focus and have probably heard about all you want to hear about that. You knew it when you submitted. Here's what is good about it. Can't believe you caught it with the anntenae in his mouth. Was that intentional? Be careful with your answer. The legs show the barbs beautifully. Most people don't realize they have barbs on them. Shows the color of him beautifully, the greens, the tips of the barbs, the red of the mouth and antennae. the glass likeness of the eyes. In spite of the out of focus parts I still think it is a 9. Worthy of textbook placement. PTL |
