Week 1 - Marioby wickee_oneComment by tnun: Wonderfully tactile presentation - just want to put my hand on his wrinkly head and have him look soulfully at me. And it seems no tones in this were wasted. |

Day 10 - Treacherousby wickee_oneComment by slaakso: Winter weather driving can be difficult at times. I love the shot and the processing. You wrote a very descriptive story as well. I happen to enjoy driving in bad weather, no matter what the conditions are. Icy roads are some of my least favorite however. |

Day 10 - Treacherousby wickee_oneComment by hajeka: Wonderful image and story. Glad you came home safely. I'm not jealous. It seems to be almost spring here. Not so adventurous, but I like it. |

Day 10 - Treacherousby wickee_oneComment by creek41256: Nice message in this image. I have one question about the editing, as I see it a lot in images on DPC. The image has a bit of a surreal feel in the colors. Its as if the color is more computer generated in the image versus the real color. The result is some portions of the image appear to pop in a 3-d sort of way and the rest of the image is very two dimensional.
I have not decided if I like the process or not. Just wanted to know more about it. |

Day 10 - Treacherousby wickee_oneComment by Alicia: I remember trips like that from the "good ol' days" in Germany. Harrowing. Like I said to Ken - glad you made it home safely. And how good of you to stay awake - I probably would have fallen into shock sleep.
Love your photo - great processing and good POV. |
