I like it, though my own perception of this challenge is that it should depict people in the city. I can see how this could fit as it is artwork created by those people. If this is from who I think it may be, I'm surprised, because I normally see tons of interesting people shots from bvy. (Now that I've guessed, I'm probably wrong.)

I like the idea here. I think this would have been better for me with the angle more head on. Also either the lighting or the processing has created a bumpy edge to the balloon that is distracting imho.
