I like your composition. Nice and clean, well exposed. Specimens...interesting title. Even more interesting to contemplate what specimens these represent. Bumping this one up.

Wow, great site and capture. Catching a moon rising over anything is a nice accomplishment. Catching the moon rising over Stonehenge is nearly mythic. The stones are beautifully silhouetted, the clouds look surreal. But the moon looks oddly out of place somehow. I'm not sure what I'm trying to say. I like it though and gave you a 7.

Cool all those shades of yellow. Technically very good. Because of the positioning at an angle and being off-centre it grabs the attention very well.

I am speechless. This is absolutely stunning and an instant winner in my book. I am interested in hearing your story for this shot. What strikes me most is the clarity of the moon set against the background of clouds. Did you boost the levels of the clouds to bring out more of the shadow details?

I think the position in the sky as well as the centered composition really works well here.

Really cool shot with great mood and color. The composition might be improved if the moon were a bit higher or if you cropped it a bit tighter, but it still came out great like this. Really nice job.
