DSC_4106 copy2.jpgby picturesbykimComment by cpanaioti: The fog looks like is was pretty thick.
Fog will fool the camera's light meter and turn it medium grey. It appears that you could of boosted the exposure by about 1/2 to 2/3 of a stop to get it to look more white. It's tricky though as you run the risk of losing the texture in the ice. |

DSC_4106 copy2.jpgby picturesbykimComment by glad2badad: It certainly has a mysterious quality/feel to it. Something you might see for the bg of a movie DVD cover or something. Might be some room to play around some with PP variations. |

Where are you Rapunzel?by picturesbykimComment by Retroesque: Something is astray with the exposure of this image. I'm guessing it was handheld and that the light may have been against you.
In situations such as this, it's best to use a tripod and get your exposure correct. As it stands now, the image is dark and less than sharp with is unpleasant. I'm also not a big fan of putting things on an angle to add interest. It can be done well, just not this time. |
