I've always liked this one, and can't believe there still aren't any comments on it. I love anything that has to do with the water, but the sky and the dodging/burning you appear to have had to done is, to me, very nice.

I thought it was a real attention-grabber!

Gaussian is allowed, but spot editing isn't, so it has to be applied at the same amount across the entire image.

A nice conversion to b/w. The blur looks as if it was created during post processing, which works nicely for isolating the subject, but doesn't really seem to fit with the spirit of the challenge.
