I tried doing many things with lemons last week but nothing really impressed me at all. What you have done is exactly that what I was looking for. Congratulations, why didn't I think of that? You have composed this wonderfully, I feel as if I want to bite into that lemon, it looks so fresh and crisp. You have really brought out the full charachter of it. Good job!

Nice lighting. The blue stones against the white and yellow lemon is great. The white color of the inside of the fruit doesn't look natural though. The black background is pretty harsh. I wonder how blue would have looked.

Nice shot! The twisted lemon is an interesting variant of this frequently taken picture. The colors are working great together, your cropping is perfect too. IMHO there is nothing, what you could have done better. Good luck for the challenge!
