You scored well, and there is nothing much to 'critique' in this image, so I can just say this is wonderful work and please keep 'em coming. You obviously have a talent and the patience to capture and present this type of photography well. this is a fine example.

Beautiful color control here as well as the "to be expected" level of sharpness and wow factor you exhibit.

pity about the orange background and the halos round the bird, In retrospect this comment seems a bit harsh, but there appear to be sharpening halos around the beak, perhapsn this was shot at sunrise in africa, of my favourite bird, of my homeland . there is a lot of detail in the shot. and i gave it first a 5 but have bumped it to 8
