The image looks a bit "Warm". Maybe some white balance tweaks will make it better? Nice and sharp though...

ok, it meets the challenge, but the contrast of red to green is not particularly interesting. I also don't find myself wondering why the hand is reaching for the red one. Perhaps I would care more if I knew what he was cooking, or how his mother felt about peppers.

i like the choice of different colored peppers - i am just not sold on the hand in the shot, the surface they are sitting on or the tan background
