This is a cool looking place, for a photo anyway. They did a good job decorating the place to look like Mexico, except that most of the buildings in Mexico have rebar iron rods sticking out of the top of the walls as if they are unfinished. They get some kind of tax break if the place isn't finished, so it is a loophole thing.
That said, I like the way you captured the feel of the place, and the way the cloud wraps over the top to accent the good composition and colors. I am happy that you included both the building and the sign, as they also amplify each other in the image.
