I find it interesting that the shape of the rock in the left foreground , and the water path combine to create an illusion that there is a shadow that does not fit right with the way the light is hitting the sculpture. I am neutral about the color addition. It would still be a nice shot without it, but it does add a dose of color to an otherwise unsaturated looking scene. I would try it in B&W, then add the color overlay or filter. The sky looks good in color.

Beautiful light! Looks so chilly there. The buildings are painted the same color as the ones where I live. I'm not wild about it, but in this image it works well.
