Flamingo's are such photogenic animals - lovely colours and very graceful.

You have a nice colourful flamingo here enjoying the sunshine and a quick paddle which is nice and relaxed. For me, this shot would be stronger if the background was less cluttered. This obviously isn't always easy to achieve, but it does help through the viewer back to the bird and away from stray logs and cement walls.

If it was just the bird, the water, and the plant this would have been even better.

I like the bokeh, but this looks mike mid-day sun. Never a good source of lighting. Maybe you just over-brightened in post-.

A bit bright on the highlights throughout and the general composition is just a bit too busy. I know how hard it is to shoot these birds. Blown highlights and cruddy backgrounds plague me a swell.
