I like the idea of sitting the apple on a wet mirror... It gives the fruit a fresh look. I don't like the green line in the border - at first it looks like a JPG artefact almost and I don't think it adds anything to the shot. Other than that it's a very good shot.

head on shot seems too blunt...maybe an angled perspective would have given better depth.
