Nice job!! I think you executed this well. It works in B&W - gives it more severity. The placement of the piece of paper seems a little strange...like he's holding it up just for the camera. Sad image; but the shot works really well. The colours and lines, DOF and sharpness all work really well together with the exception of the much darker lower portion of the shot; this adds a little to much subliminal conflict for my liking; I'd have cropped that section personally. Apart from that, the shot is well balanced and interesting. (7)

I think this picture is good, it would be better if it was cropped, or framed differently. I think if the words weren't cut off at the bottom, etc. it would have a stronger impact.
