not sure what you used to edit this, but if you have photoshop trying using the Save for Web function. Your file is only 48 kb and you can use up 150 kb. This would have made the details around the fisherman and water ripples much smoother and boosted your score. Here is a tutorial that can help walk you through it. Its a real beautiful image I hope it does well for you.

I like the leading lines of trail and the autumn colors. Perhaps a lower angle would have made it more interesting. maybe shoot fro the dog's PoV.
