Your camera adjusts the white balance automatically, and in this case it's adjusted it to sunlight, so because the colours in the shade are cooler, everyone's faces look blue. If you're shooting in these conditions, it helps to manually adjust the white balance to the shade setting. |

However, being a soft light layer addict, I'd say you could probably improve it if you shift the light slightly. The tutorial is here. |

Butterfly 6 RS.jpgby ephlnComment by purpleflutterby13: Oh, that's such a lovely shot! However, you could really make the butterfly pop by using the white brush in a low opacity soft light layer to make it stand out from the background. Also, maybe some noise reduction? |
