PaW 2010 Week 7.jpgby TerComment by jomari: This is beautiful, Terry. I love the colours, the reflections, and all those colourful lit and unlit windows. |

PaW 2010 Week 4.jpgby TerComment by Ken: This is a lovely scene but it seems a bit dark on my monitor, although that may have been your intent. |

Parer's Pavillionby TerComment by sfalice: GREETINGS FROM THE CRITIQUE CLUB
What an interesting visual treat you have provided here.
You have selected and emphasized very strong lights and darks in this image and I think that treatment is quite effective. I do wonder (from a DPCer standpoint) if the HDR teeters on edge of 'too much.' Hard to say.
Your strong leading line to the end of the pier is balanced nicely by the strong black horizontal area (breakwater?) along the top.
If I was to Pick a Nit, I would suggest removing that power pole to the extreme edge of the left side. Other than that, I think this is a well-executed record of a piece of history.
I hope this little critique is helpful to you.
