I think you got some pretty good feedback so I don't have a lot to add. I like the wave although I'm not sure it shows weather very well. I think the score reflects a few things. Voters are really picky about meeting the challenge. Abstracts tend not to do as well on dpc, and colored borders don't help a lot. It's a very natural shot that would do better with a neutral colored border. :) Live and learn.

I'm sorry I'm not getting this. I think it may be a closeup of a wave at the beach but the focus and saturation of color throw me off.

Cool texture! The frost adds a lot to the effect. Not too keen on the border though, the color clashes with your image.

Is this a "wave" in rock? Very cool. Definitely weather related. It seems just a touch too bright for my taste. Love the rust colors. I do not like the red border, doesn't matter for my votes though.
