Swimmingby draney4Comment by dsidwell: Subject is off center, which is nice because as this swimmer moves, it gives him space to go in the frame, as it were. I love the color of the water, too, and the shadows made by the water. I wish the lighting were more interesting on the swimmer himself, though, and I also wish it were in focus. |

Teen Magazineby draney4Comment by danh669: Looks a little too much like a staged casual photo. Also Teen Magazine usually features more modelesque photos of celebrities or musicians or whatever. I could see this more as a picture accompanying an article within the magazine, although I would zoom in a bit closer and shorter the depth of focus. |

Swimmingby draney4Comment by macox: good subject meets the challenge well but the whole pictures out of focus and there's too much glare try a polarizer and maybe lower apature and higher shutter speed if possible a 4 |
