Oby MikeOComment by LoudDog: Either no shadow or a clearly difined shadow would have been better. The hint of a shadow is distracting. |

Oby MikeOComment by dr rick: It's the negative space, and the interesting shadows it contains, that makes this photo work well. I also like the gradient of the texture from rough to smooth. |
