Soooo many textures... no colour. This image is way too much for me to look at. You needed to use a larger aperture to blur out the background a bit more to make this image more appealing.

With this angle and crop, it almost feels abstract and I like that. It's a fresh approach. However, the head of the cow is a bit bright and seems overexposed. Curves adjustment might have helped in addition to levels.

Thanks for all the comments, much appreciated. I was out taking photos and whilst waiting for my wife to pick me up I thought that I would set up my kit so that I could get a shot of cars coming down the road. The first car that turned up was my wife's! So that was it really, converted to b&w, adjusted contrast and that was that. Did not expect to do much with it but pleased some people liked it. Thanks again.
