I realize what you were going for with the girl in the background but in my opinion I'd rather see a beautiful portrait of the bride instead. I do like the detail in the lace and the tone of the photo.

Without the title, this appears to closely cropped to me. Since the bride is looking out of the frame, there should be some space beyond her face. It just looks like this was meant to be a portrait of the bride and the photographer came up with the concept in post-editing after noticing the figure in the background. This title doesn't save an unsuccessful portrait for me.

I like this, it tells a story different from most wedding photos. I like the post processing too, but I wish tehre was more space to the right for the lady to look into.
