A vertical crop is a good choice to showcase these flower spikes, but perhaps from a slightly different POV. I find it difficult to distinguish the front one from the two that are right behind. Maybe find a single one with a more shallow DOF so that the background does not detract.

very pretty! my daughter picked me a couple of these in a bouquet at the Dead Creek pond the other night...nice compositon with the water in the bg, I like the sheen on the water

interesting shapes and tones - but the image seems overexposed - the background is really quite bright and the foreground and floor don't seem all that natural.

You have some great details and textures in this flower. the whites are so soft looking they look like tissue. The yellow pom pom in the center is fabulous too. Simply Beautiful.
