	Another Foggy NIght by Five_Seat Comment by Germaine: Nice night shot, but I don't really get weathered out of it. The letterbox border detracts from an otherwise nice image.

	Another Foggy NIght by Five_Seat Comment by Yo_Spiff: Wonderful image. Though it conveys "weather", it does not illustrate something that is "weathered" to me. The challenge description does say "affected by the weather", so I am honoring that description, even though I think it is misleading.

	Another Foggy NIght by Five_Seat Comment by Cory: Did you think this was the weather challenge? Darn... I hate giving this a 1, I really, really do, but it's 100% DNMC DNRD.. Darn. This is a great image, really super nice, but you've totally blown the challenge. Sorry!!
