I like your humor here. The shot itself needs some improvement, I'm afraid.

1) the background is very busy and draws my eye away from cookie monster.

2)Details seem unclear, especially on cookie monsters fur. I think some of it is due to the use of excessive JPEG compression. Your file size of only 70k indicates a highly compressed image and that is what is robbing some of the detail from this image. Check your compression settings when you save your file. Always adjust JPEG compression so that your file size is as large as possible, but within the challenge limit. (150k for this one)

A shallower DOF could have saved the shot. A single-color background would have been best, though.

I like this shot a lot and am surprised it didn't score higher. Nice bright colors and an animated model. You probably would have gotten a better perspective and made her look like she was jumping even higher if you had been laying on the ground to take the shot.

This is a really fun quirky image. I like the composition. I would have liked to see the depth of field blur the background a bit more but i love the dance of forms and the fun atmosphere of the shot

c'mon this guy does not look poor by any means! he's got the talent, will and equipment to make a living, he certainly enjoys what he does and he probably earns some good money at what he does. not like he's some poor cripple guy that needs social welfare...
