You've probably worked out by now that I'm looking through your folio. :) Lots of great images here. I like this shot, the way everything works together with his disagreement with the world - his back to the street, looking out of the frame, against the direction of the arrow, black shirt against the white wall, his agressive stance of denial. The darkness of the street and the rubbish on the pavement helps give him reason to go his own way. Great communicative work!

Nice shot, and I love the editing work. The overall photo is lovely and crisp, and the blown out areas don't stand out. The dark top right works well, but maybe a little too much there.

The shadows here are amazing. What's even more amazing is that there isn't a huge obvious burnt out spot or flare where the sun is. The only thing that's slightly distracting is the tilted horizon.

Well, I opened this shot because she looks like Renee, but I see others have already beaten me to the comment. This is a great portrait too. The soft lighting is really nice, and filled well from the other side. This is something I often forget about is filling the shadows. My softbox shots always end up high contrast. But next time, I will work on the fill ratio and hopefully get close to your great result here.

I love the way her hair is fanned around her shoulders too, and her head slightly tilted toward the light. Great work with a great model.
