Great pose and shot - but I would have even cropped this a little tighter - the green above the parents in the background is really wasted pixels and we can't see enough of the action!

He doesn't look very intent on hitting the ball off the (crooked) tee. The teammate included is good, but the other people and minivan in back are distracting.

Nice timing of the shot, I like the way that helmet almost looks too big for the kid, makes it humorous. Closer crop and shallower DOF would have worked better.
