Blue Sky Moonby sh0rtyComment by sh0rty: Originally posted by Cboydrun: this picture seems alittle over exposed, and there is no wow factor |
Probably could have got some better contrast with a polarizer and bigger moon with a longer zoom...but I don't have either right now. (shopping for both though)
Certany did not expect a ribbon, but thought it was interesting enough to share.

Objects in Mirror are Closer Than They Appearby sh0rtyComment by loseme: *Critique Club*
Very good idea for this challenge. I had a hard time coming up with something because this is such a tricky one. I especially like the concept because it was your first entry, which means we will probably be seeing some vary creative entries in the future too.
I was really reading your comments and it looks like you figured out how to use the techs a little bit more. But defiantly good work on the first few shots with the new camera. I think your composition is good I like the centering of the mirror. I think if you are able to try again on a bike without flare I am sure we would be able to focus on the mirror a little more.
Overall this is really a great first entry and I am very excited to see the rest of your challenges. |

I agree it would be better without the chunk of plastic on one side. Next time I try that shot, I'll do it on a bike without a fairing. (fortunatly I have access to a number of different Harleys) :-) |
