dark woodby deceptiveComment by mci: this is nice. simple, effective. i dig the spiral effect and how you've placed it's vortex off-center. i think my only gripe would be the lack of overall contrast. i like to see more direct and contrasting light on the subject in these kinds of images. overall, good work. 7. |

guitaristby deceptiveComment by Kavey: I really like this but it totally feels upside down to me. Scoring it an 8 but would be 9 if it were other way up - yes I appreciate that an editor would see past that and simply rotate it but I think it was a poor choice to present it upside down in this challenge.
