Looks kind of soft and a little grainy. I looked at the file size and your image is only 45k, which indicates a lot of JPEG compression is in use. This is taking a lot of the clarity and detail out of your image. check your compression setting in your image editor and save as close as possible to the limit for a challenge. This will maintain the maximum possible detail.

This photograph is very warm. Even though there is green in the middle of the flower, it's a yellow-green which can be warm color also.

i like how you isolate the ruffled feathers with your chosen depth of focus. The feather carries some blue/green hue that I think could be whiter..take a look at your white balance settings. Good luck!

This is a great concept. I'd really like to more of the feather (greater depth of field) and a little less blue white balance but still, this is a nice shot.
