I waited 'till last to score/comment this photo. I was hoping by waiting, that when I came back to vote, she'd have aged about 30 years or so. That way I could offer a photo of myself to put in the frame ;>) This photo makes me feel so sad and it has a great emotive feel to it. Photographically it is very sound. I think maybe the focus could be a little bit crisper. The photo is my pick for the blue: 10

Perhaps a bit too much dodging on her face IMHO but nothing to knock off points for. looks like you had a mixture of lighting going on here, some incandescent on the back light and florescent on the left? I'm kind of digging it, the cool and warm tones work here I think.
