Mountain Reflectionsby diverComment by VitaminB: Incredible reflection. Not sure if the cut-off trees help the photo or not, but I do like that you included some foreground elements. |

Mountain Reflectionsby diverComment by wyverndragon: I know there's lore that says to get a tree or branch in the shot to help frame the subject, I'm not a fan of the technique. To me it just makes a barrier between the viewer and the subject. I think this image is a lot stronger if cropped down to be just the mountain and its reflection. With the little whiff of clouds boiling over it especially; the clouds just get lost in the frame otherwise. |

Mountain Reflectionsby diverComment by bassbone: very majestic scene - it seems to be missing something - maybe a bit of contrast or something really make this shot magical |

Along for the rideby diverComment by EL-ROI: This is a very static image. It has a lot of mid tones and not very many highlights or shadows making it somewhat dull in contrast. The centered composition and side on shot probably taken from a full standing position is fairly straight forward, but not too creative. It does have good focus which is a plus! |

Mountain Reflectionsby diverComment by giantmike: Nice job getting the entire scene in focus, from the foreground trees to the mountains. However, while I often like natural borders, in this case I think the photo could have been better without the foreground trees, as the mountains are so spectacular, I don't want to have any part of them covered up. |
