Stallions at the Speed of Lightby jmsetzlerComment by jmsetzler: How it was done: I bought a little tabletop tripod just for this shot. I set the camera up on the tripod and then framed my image. I made about 30 shots at various exposure lengths between 1/60" and 2" at F8. I used the shutter priority mode for this shot and didn't play with manual aperture at all. I also played with different white balance settings. This is not a complicated shot. It just requires a still camera and keeping people from walking in and out of the image. |

Stallions at the Speed of Lightby jmsetzlerComment by jmsetzler: I would like to thank everyone who took the opportunity to give me feedback on this photograph. Even though I had a "stupid title", I had a great time participating in my first challenge and I'm pleased with the results. This forum is blessed with some very talented photographers. I hope to improve my skills through these challenges. Cheers! |
