The universe is a marble and 'God' is a big wooden figure. I can relate : )

On a serious note, I like that the figure and desaturation means that 'God' is portrayed as having no discernable gender, race, or colour.
Photo-wise, the composition, focus/DoF and exposure (especially the blown out area on the left side of the marble) are all spot on. Not 100% sure about the yellow, would be interesting to play about with hue-shifting that. Still, gotta give this full marks.

Using b/w on this photo really brought out the contrast and detail. Compostion, DOF and lighting are right on the money. It looks like he's looking right at you. 10

I like the black and white treatment and your frame compliments the shot nicely. . The nail head takes away from the lines of the butterfly.
