Ahhh Setz...bucking the "cute kitten" trend eh? Are squirrels becoming "cliche" here at DPC? Not in this case ;-). This shot takes a run of the mill squirrel type shot to another level AND fits the challenge perfectly. Of course the spectacular composition and stellar sharpness of the image go without saying. Nice work!

What a great capture with him clutching his nuts! Brilliant. Very clear, crisp and well framed shot with good DOF which could only have been improved with longer range to include tail.

Great color, contrast, and clarity. Awesome photo. Would have love to edit the eye so it was opaque white and then rename the photo to "Even a Blind Squirrel Finds a Nut Sometimes. Its still my top selection for this challenge.

An excellent capture of this squirrel. Photographically, it's right on. But is it a literalistic interpretation of the phrase: You are Nuts? This is "Your nuts", if you are the squirrel. Works if its a sound alike literalism.
