No kidding. Interesting processing steps. I like what you have done. I love all the detail and really like how the negative worked here. Very creative idea. So much interest in this shot.

Interesting. The contrast seems to cause the wall paper and the wreath to look fake. I think it is a neat shot. Almost looks like it could be greeting card of some sort.

That sounded like a fun challenge. Great composition and nice crisp focus.

Best thing about this is the choice of font you used - perfect match for the old cars! Very subtle choice and I wonder if a lot of people recognizedit as a style of font from the same eras as the cars.

I like the texture of the wallpaper but overall I can't really find much in the shot to keep my interest for long.

I have to laugh and admit that as soon as I saw this I thought to myself 'looks like one of dtremain's images' before even seeing the name below it.

I think the tones work well with the subject and certainly acheive the sort of look you were going for. Obviously a straight-on shot of a car is not going to fare as well in a free study as other subjects, simply from lack of excitement. This is nice for what it is, however.

Thanks!

This is very cool. Love the designs and the textures and the belly button in the lower left.

I love flowers and it looks great in the negative. You could probably crop out the little guys in the bottom and the stuff to the right but then you are left with just a flower.

I **love** this interpretation of the challenge. You use the "interference" of water as the equivalent of the Impressionist painting techniques to make light your subject.

Any suggestions? I loved the detail I got in this, but don't like the leaves on the right side. Not sure how I could crop this without losing at least part of the flower - but maybe that's not all bad (or maybe this just isn't fixable...)
